The Farmer Inn, Catherington
The Farmer Inn is an old traditional country pub in the village of Catherington near Horndean in Hampshire. Part of the Southdowns Way walk, there is a footpath along side the pub that runs from Horndean to Catherington Downs.
We serve a select variety of real ales and gales wine from our two bars, one is called "The Gamekeeper's bar" the other "The Poachers bar". We have local produce such as local shot rabbit pie and pheasant, as well as traditional pub grub.
We are dog friendly (as long as your dog is on a lead) Rambler friendly (please wipe your boots !) and Family friendly (children 16 and under welcome until 9pm).
In the winter months we have two roaring open log fires.

Monday - Mens darts.
Tuesday - Free pool from 7pm in the Gamekeeper's bar.
Thursday - Ladies darts.
Friday - Meat raffle (winter season) at 8.30pm.
Saturday - Karaoke 9pm - 11pm.
Sunday - Family quiz from 7 / 7.30 till 9pm and snowball.

We cater for small private functions up to 35 people or if you require we can do functions for 100 (please call) we also have a patio garden with good countryside views, a smoking shelter and a large rear car park.
